Cabriole Studio is a design-focused woodworking and fabrication studio dedicated to creating bespoke cabinetry and custom millwork for residential and commercial spaces. We blend traditional craftsmanship with modern design, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and clients to produce timeless, finely detailed work.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our studio team. The ideal candidate has a passion for craftsmanship, a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, and experience producing high-end custom cabinetry. You’ll work closely with our designers and builders to bring thoughtful designs to life from concept through installation.
Responsibilities:
Build custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture pieces from shop drawings
Read and interpret technical drawings, material lists, and cut sheets
Operate a full range of woodworking equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure quality and design intent
Participate in occasional on-site installations
Qualifications:
3+ years of cabinet making or fine woodworking experience
Proficiency with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and shop safety standards
Strong understanding of joinery techniques, finishes, and wood species
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Experience with CNC and digital fabrication a plus, but not required
